At Prepset ("we," "us," "our"), we strive to deliver the highest quality of test preparation services for exams such as GMAT, GRE, and other standardized tests. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payments.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Prepset for any of our services, including but not limited to online classes, live sessions, study materials, and test series, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or adjusted against any other product or service offered by Prepset.

2. Course Transfers and Substitutions

  • Enrolled students may not transfer their enrollment to another individual.

  • Switching from one course to another may be considered only at the sole discretion of Prepset management and may involve additional charges.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are not provided, in exceptional and rare cases, such as duplicate payments due to technical errors, Prepset may review refund requests. Such requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email] within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.

All approved refunds (for duplicate payments only) will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original mode of payment.

4. Cancellation of Services by Prepset
